In order to provide the highest standards of customer service, Masque requires the
use of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before accepting equipment
that has been shipped back from a customer.
The use of an RMA number provides the following benefits:
- It allows Masque to anticipate equipment being returned. Masque can then contact
the customer if the equipment isn't physically received in order to verify that
it hasn't been lost in shipment.
- It allows the customer to clearly identify the reason for return and the expected
results such as replacement, repair or return to stock.
- It allows the customer to follow the status of the equipment and see comments entered
- It helps ensure that the customer is credited for equipment returned so the customer
isn't charged for missing equipment when the remaining order comes back to the shop.
